Belle Voci Announces New Artistic Director, Lorraine Milovac

Belle Voci, the intergenerational treble choir based in Aspinwall, is pleased to announce the selection of Lorraine Milovac as Artistic Director beginning on June 1, 2023.

Ms. Milovac brings tremendous experience and enthusiasm to Belle Voci. She currently directs Upper St. Clair’s choral program, the University of Pittsburgh’s Treble Choral Ensemble, and serves as Assistant Director of Music at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Upper St. Clair. Belle Voci has performed under Ms. Milovac’s direction on a few special occasions, and the ensemble is thrilled to welcome her as its artistic leader.


Belle Voci Board Chair and singer Doris Zurawka, “looks forward to working with the new Artistic Director,” and notes that “The Search Committee responsible for recruiting received applications from several highly qualified candidates. Lorraine brings a wealth of talent and ex- pertise that will help us to continue to Connect Song and Community.”


Belle Voci’s Founder and Artistic Director, Craig Cannon, is retiring as the choir’s Artistic Director on May 31, 2023, after eleven seasons. Mr. Cannon will stay involved with Belle Voci as President of the Corporation.
