Presently and in the upcoming week, you’ll be treated to performances by the following artists:
Great Comet Night with Radiant Strings | Saturday, August 26 | 5pm
Performance by Pittsburgh’s own Radiant Strings and presented in partnership with Pittsburgh CLO. Radiant Strings is a Pittsburgh-based string ensemble comprised of classically trained musicians and is the ideal blend of classical refinement, modern edge, and infectious energy. With a rousing musical at the Benedum Center, the musical talents of Radiant Strings at the Lounge at the Greer Cabaret Theater, special cocktails and delicious snacks, and an elegant atmosphere like no other, Andrey may not be here, but you will surely want to be!
Dirk Quinn the guitarist for the jazz/funk band that coincidentally bears his name performs Thursday, August 31 | 5:30pm
The band’s infectious energy and musical interplay routinely attracts listeners that are admittedly more accustomed to lyric-based music. With great melodic sensibilities, rhythmic experimentation and an accessible modern edge, the Dirk Quinn Band is jazz/funk improvisation at its most engaging!
