Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center has announced its 2024-25 subscription series of musical theater and dance, featuring an extended holiday stay for its annual The Nutcracker.
Charlie & The Chocolate Factory I October 4-6 & 11-13, 2024 (MainStage)
The musical features an original score by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, plus songs such as “Candy Man” and the “Oompa Loompa Song.”
Oliver Jr. I November 15-17 & 22-24, 2024 (MainStage)
The installment in Lincoln Park’s Jr. Musical Series is a 60-minute adaptation of the Charles Dickens novel and award-winning musical.
The Gift of the Magi I December 6-8, 12-15 & 19-22, 2024 (BlackBox)
A retelling of the O. Henry short story, in an intimate setting.
Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker I December 13-15 & 20-22, 2024 (MainStage)
Lincoln Park’s longest-running holiday tradition will, for the first time, run two weekends.
Tom Sawyer: A Ballet I February 20-23, 2025 (BlackBox)
With a score by Maury Yeston (Titanic), this symphonic ballet combines ballet, folk dance, comedy and storytelling.
The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe I March 14-16 & 21-23, 2025 (BlackBox)
An adventurous play adaptation that faithfully re-creates the of the C.S. Lewis children’s classic story.
Anastasia I May 2-4 & 9-11, 2025 (MainStage)
From the award-winning team of Lynn Ahrens and Pittsburgh’s Stephen Flaherty, the score features songs such as “Once Upon a December” and “Journey to the Past.”
Sister Act I June 20-22 & 27-29, 2025 (MainStage)
The musical comedy based on the 1992 film starring Whoopi Goldberg.
