Pittsburgh Playhouse doubles up with shows at its largest theaters February 19 – 23, 2025. 

Opening on Thursday in the Playhouse’s Highmark Theatre is Jerry Girls, a revue featuring Jerry Herman songs from shows such as Hello Dolly!, Milk and Honey, Mack and Mabel, and La Cage Aux Folles.

Daina Michelle Griffith directs a cast of 12, with Deana Muro as music director and Kristiann Menotiades as choreographer. 

The revue, conceived by Herman, with Larry Alford and Wayne Cilento, earned Chita Rivera a Tony nomination in 1986.

Also with a 7:30 p.m. start on Thursday, but across the lobby at the PNC Theatre, Point Park University’s Conservatory Dance Company presents a Winter Dance Concert, featuring works by Omar Román de Jesús, Nacho Duato, Kiki Lucas, and Houston Thomas.
