The PICT team “look forward to attendees experiencing…camaraderie and fellowship as appreciators and supporters of the quality classic theatre productions that PICT presents.” Marketing and Communications Manager Brian Edward goes on to note, “In a sense, PICT belongs to its audience, and this event is an opportunity for that audience to mingle, celebrate, get to know each other, involve friends, and support PICT outside of the theater space.”

Artistic Director Alan Stanford will serve as MC for the evening’s events with offerings to include live jazz by River City Swing Band, “dramatic desserts” baked by actor Karen Baum, Glass Center tours, curiosities from past PICT productions, word portraits by Haiku Ninja, and tastings with Ustianochka Vodka. And mingling with patrons will be PICT company members Ken Bolden, James Fitzgerald, Martin Giles, Marsha Mayak, and Jonathan Visser.

A silent auction will include packages themed around the season’s productions, as well as special glass items. Raffle tickets for a mystery wine rack, and other wine and craft beers will also be available.

Can’t make it to Play with PICT!? Never fear; there a lot of ways to support PICT’s season. Brian Edward points out, “The absolute best way for patrons to support the work of PICT Classic Theatre is to buy a ticket. See the shows. Bring friends. Tell friends about your experience….The subscription packages for PICT’s 2018-2019 Season are among our most affordable yet, and are available now through our website, picttheatre.org, or by calling 412-561-6000.”
